Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency.
* Manage staff schedules, training, and development to foster a positive working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
* Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising roles within the hospitality sector, particularly in restaurants or hotels.
* Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation and production.
* Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen management.
* Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
