The Opportunity
Residential Conveyancer – Full Caseload Ownership
You will take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload (freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases)
* Handling files from initial instruction through to post-completion
* Delivering excellent client service in line with the firm’s high standards
* Utilising modern case management systems and technology
* Supporting wider team initiatives and business development activities
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience and attributes:
* Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
* Alternatively, an experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload
* Strong understanding of UK residential property law and conveyancing processes
* Proven ability to run files independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent IT skills, including case management systems
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
* A proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
