About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end Supply Chain & Logistics operations and oversee a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building scalable processes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional product availability - particularly across aftersales, distributor networks, and global markets.
You will be accountable for supplier performance, spares availability, inventory optimisation, and global trade compliance to ensure our customers and partners receive consistent, reliable support.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Process Development
* Define, implement, and document supply chain strategies, processes, and operating standards.
* Lead and evolve the S&OP cycle, ensuring accurate demand planning across product and spare parts.
Supplier & Partner Management
* Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and distribution partners.
* Drive supplier performance through structured SLAs and KPIs, ensuring quality, availability, and cost objectives are met.
* Oversee supplier cost negotiations, RFQs, and market analysis to ensure competitive and stable supply.
Aftersales & Distributor Spares Supply
* Own the end-to-end spares supply chain, ensuring availability for aftersales teams, service centres, and distributor networks.
* Define stocking strategies, reorder policies, and demand planning models specific to spares and consumables.
* Drive improvements in spares fulfilment speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Inventory Management & Production Planning
* Lead inventory strategy across all warehouse, workshop, and service locations.
* Optimise stock levels to balance availability, working capital, and risk.
* Coordinate production planning with our manufacturing partner in China to meet demand for both finished goods and spare parts.
Logistics, Distribution & 3PL Management
* Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including global dropship operations.
* Manage B2B and B2C distribution through our 3PL, ensuring service-level adherence and cost efficiency.
* Monitor distribution partner performance and drive continuous improvements.
Trade Compliance & Customs
* Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and duty-management regimes.
* Develop processes that support fast, efficient, and cost-effective cross-border movement of products and spare parts.
* Maintain awareness of evolving compliance standards and assess their impact on supply routes and partners.
Risk & Cost Management
* Identify supply chain risks, trends, and potential disruptions; proactively develop mitigation plans.
* Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service and product integrity.
* Own and manage the Supply Chain budget.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
* Monitor performance through KPIs and SLAs, reporting insights and driving corrective actions.
* Champion initiatives to ensure materials and spares are always in the right place at the right time.
* Strengthen change-control processes in partnership with engineering.
Leadership
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team to drive high performance, capability growth, and operational excellence.
About You
* Proven experience in global supply chain, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics.
* Strong background in spares planning and aftersales supply (preferred).
* Highly data-driven, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Demonstrated success leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
* Strategic, proactive, and energised by continuous improvement.
* Experienced with ERP systems; D365 experience desirable.
* Familiarity with electric scooters or related mobility products is a plus, but not essential.
