At Superior Healthcare, we’re seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Complex Care team at our Brighton office in Sussex.
Superior Healthcare was established in 2006 in response to our founders’ personal experience of caring for a family member who has an acquired brain injury.
We are dedicated to providing compassionate care at home and in a variety of care settings across Sussex.
As a Care Coordinator in our Complex Care division, you will:
Manage your own clients in a geographic area covering shift requests.
Work closely with clients, nurses, carers and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Ensure shift requirements are met with compassion, safety, and professionalism. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and management of clients care packages
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £26,667, rising to £30,000after successfully completing probation. The hours of work are 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare’s ‘out of hours’ on-call service rota.
