We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to lead all aspects of our organisation s industrial relations strategy. This role is central to maintaining constructive relationships between management, employees, and unions, ensuring a stable and cooperative workplace environment. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for negotiating, implementing, and managing collective bargaining agreements, resolving industrial disputes, and advising management on all matters related to industrial relations.
You will act as the primary liaison between the company and union representatives, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to fair and consistent workplace practices. A key focus of this position is to develop and maintain effective frameworks for consultation, conflict resolution, and change management. You will ensure compliance with all labour laws, industrial instruments, and regulatory obligations while supporting a culture of accountability and engagement across the workforce.
