Confidence supporting children academically, socially, and emotionally, including those with additional learning needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with both pupils and colleagues. A reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude, able to adapt to the needs of the classroom. About the role: Work closely with class teachers to support learning and development across the curriculum. Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build confidence and achieve their learning goals. Assist with activities in literacy, numeracy, and personal development tailored to each child’s needs.
