The Role — Grow With Us
This is the ideal position for someone looking to kick-start their career in account management. You'll begin by supporting our current account managers—managing communications, tracking deliverables, and helping keep everything running smoothly. Over time, you'll take on your own advertiser relationships and lead them end to end.
Your principal task will be ensuring clients deliver creative content on time and to our quality standards, and acting as a helpful point of contact. As a much smaller component of the role, you'll also help with sending sample-magazine introduction packages and coordinating small export freight shipments.
You'll also play a key role in keeping our CRM and internal systems in excellent shape: logging correspondence, updating statuses, tracking submissions, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless client service.
What You'll Be Doing
· Assisting our account managers with client communications via email, phone calls, video meetings
· Requesting, organizing, and reviewing artwork or copy before passing it to our design team
· Ensuring submitted materials align with our standards and offering feedback where needed
· Keeping clients informed on production milestones, timelines, and next steps
· Managing when and how often you check in with clients to keep things on schedule
· Nurturing relationships with clients and building confidence in your growing account responsibilities
· Occasionally preparing and sending client introduction packages (samples of our magazines)
· Coordinating small export freight orders as required
· Maintaining and updating CRM and internal systems and ensuring data accuracy
What You'll Bring
· Clear, confident communication—whether speaking or writing—with the ability to engage clients over calls or occasionally video
· A structured, organised approach with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and deadlines
· Meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing records, submissions, and follow-ups
· A professional, approachable demeanor when interacting with internal teams and external clients
· Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn new processes and take on greater responsibility
You don't need previous experience in publishing or advertising — we care most about your communication strengths, reliability, and enthusiasm.
Working Hours & Flexibility
You'll work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. To support our international client base, this role requires a slightly later shift on two days a week (typically Tuesday and Thursday). However, Fridays always finish at 5 pm.
Career Growth
You'll start by supporting the existing account team, learning every aspect of how we manage clients, projects, and systems. Over time, you'll assume full responsibility for your own set of advertisers, working with some of the world's biggest brands, empowered with the skills and support you've gained.
How to Apply
Interested? We'd love to meet you. Please send your CV (and perhaps a short note telling us what makes you a strong communicator and a great fit) to us. We'll move quickly and reach out to invite you to an interview if your background and enthusiasm match our needs.
