Role Overview:
Join Mitie as a Mobile Electrician, playing a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of buildings within the Local Government and Education sectors. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, minor works, ensuring compliance, and providing feedback via manual and digital platforms. You will also conduct basic reporting, quoting, and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Perform planned, reactive, quoted, and minor works on building services assets.
* Ensure buildings are safe, operational, and compliant.
* Provide feedback through various platforms.
* Conduct basic reporting, quoting, and condition appraisals.
* Liaise with contractors and external suppliers as needed.
Requirements:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
* Electrical Maintenance/Installation NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
* Understanding of statutory compliance in building services engineering
* Ability to maintain a safe working environment (HASAW 1974)
* Full, clean driving license
* Enhanced DBS check and references
