Are you an experienced Personal Lines Pricing professional looking to influence strategy, drive optimisation, and shape the future of pricing within a highly data-driven organisation?
Were partnering with a leading insurer investing heavily in advanced analytics, pricing optimisation, customer value modelling, and machine learning capabilities. As part of this growth, theyre seeking a Senior / Principal Pricing Analyst to lead high-impact pricing initiatives across a diverse personal lines portfolio.
🔹 Lead pricing strategy and optimisation projects
🔹 Build and enhance predictive, behavioural, demand, and retention models
🔹 Develop customer lifetime value frameworks to drive smarter pricing decisions
🔹 Influence senior stakeholders across Pricing, Commercial, Finance, and Data
🔹 Mentor and develop junior analysts while helping shape pricing best practice
🔹 Play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the pricing function
Were keen to speak with candidates who have:
✅ Significant Personal Lines Insurance Pricing experience
✅ Strong knowledge of pricing optimisation, customer behaviour, retention, and profitability
✅ Experience building models using Python, SQL, SAS, or R
✅ Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau
✅ Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
