Key Stage 1 Teacher (Full-time, Temporary)

£600 - £1,258.55 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
A Primary School based in Newcastle Upon Tyne are looking to employ a Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for a Year 1 class and will play a key role in supporting pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage into Key Stage 1. The school benefits from excellent facilities and a strong community ethos, with a dedicated Senior Leadership Team committed to supporting staff wellbeing and professional development.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have:
1. Experience of teaching within KS1.
2. An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
4. The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
5. An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
