Key responsibilities include:
3. Lead the rollout and successful delivery of the category strategy.
4. Drive value through cost‑reduction initiatives and efficiency programmes.
5. Use data insights to inform decisions and strengthen strategic planning.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple European markets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic suppliers.
8. Identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, and maximise scale advantages across regions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
9. 5+ years' procurement and category management experience from within the food industry.
10. Background in protein/poultry would be beneficial.
11. Comfortable operating in complex, multi‑country environments.
12. Strong communicator who performs well in ambiguity.
13. Highly organised with strong prioritisation and multitasking skills.
14. French is a plus but not essential.
