Job Title: Administrator Location: Dianthus Business Park, Common Ln Hu15 2Ft HU15 2FT Contract Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am-4pm on peak times might be Sundays About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and providing excellent service to staff and clients. Key Responsibilities * Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and data entry * Maintain accurate records and databases * Operate and maintain office equipment, including label printers * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Provide exceptional communication and customer service, both internally and externally Requirements * Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred but not always essential) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems * Experience using label printers and other office equipment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Own transport What We Offer * Competitive salary: £15/h minimum 40h week * Opportunities for training and professional development * Supportive team environment * Double pay on Bank holidays
