We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis to work on a large scale dock extension project in Nigg. Salary: £65,000 - 75,000pa Package (dependant on experience) 2 year long project Job responsibilities; Financial Control: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Reporting: Track all project costs and provide comprehensive monthly financial reports, including Cost Value Reconciliation. Contract Administration: Lead the preparation of tender documents and administer contracts, with expertise in the NEC form of contract. Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including analysing quotations and negotiating contracts with subcontractors. Claims Management: Handle claims, advise on contractual matters, and support dispute resolution.
