As a therapeutic support worker, you will:

Salary: £12.60 per hour PLUS additional: £62.64 per sleep-in (working approximately 4-8 sleep-ins per month, an additional £3,000 - £6,000 P/A). Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential.
Castle View is a 6-bed home caring for boys aged 8-15, specializing in therapeutic care for children who have experienced traumatic early childhood experiences, attachment, and emotional regulation difficulties. We are active, outdoors-loving, and spontaneous adventure-seekers. We are a passionate, therapeutic team dedicated to changing children's lives and improving their outcomes.
We are seeking a children's support worker to care for active, energetic children, providing encouragement, patience, and inspiration to foster growth and development. The role is physically demanding and requires high energy, but it offers the chance to make a significant positive impact.
What do you need?
* Great communication skills, fun, positive, and energetic.
* Experience and qualifications in children's care or transferable skills from nursery, sport, education, or early years.
* Ability to build trusting relationships and be a role model.
* Full UK Driving license is essential.
* Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins.
