Your Role:
As Deputy General Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and run the day‑to‑day operation of the pub. You’ll be responsible for:
Inspiring and leading a motivated front‑of‑house team
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, every time
Supporting in all areas: People, Sales, Operations, and Profit
Driving standards through training, coaching, and development
Overseeing budgets, stock control, and labour forecasting
Maintaining compliance across health & safety and audits
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a passionate leader with a hospitality heart and business head:
Proven experience in a similar management role
Hospitality background, ideally with premium pubs or restaurants
Strong leadership and team development skills
Commercially savvy – able to analyse and act on business performance
Hands‑on, calm under pressure, and obsessed with great guest service
Right to work in the UK is essential
