Truline is seeking a dedicated Airside Support Operative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our airside operations, working as a vital member of our HGV driving team. Key Responsibilities: Working as a driver's mate, assisting with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo cages from HGVs. Ensuring accurate handling and placement of goods, adhering to strict airside safety regulations. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment within the vehicle and designated airside areas. Communicating effectively with the driver and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols. Performing other airside support duties as required. Essential Requirements: Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A strong commitment to safety and security. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Crucially, a clear and verifiable 5-year checkable history is mandatory due to airside security requirements. A full UK driving license is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
