Responsibilities
* Accelerate TikTok Shop Creator ecosystem growth through data-driven strategy design, creator ecosystem analysis, and affiliate product optimization.
* Design TikTok Shop creator growth strategies focusing on long-term creator ecosystem health.
* Refine short video content supply strategies to drive scale growth via supply structure optimization.
* Execute creator research & ecosystem studies to drive affiliate product optimization to improve creator experience.
* Collaborate with governance teams to define high-potential creator protection strategy and work on creator education materials.
* Drive cross-category collaboration with key industries (Beauty/Fashion/H&L/FMCG).
* Deliver creator growth path and content supply quality and efficiency analysis.
* Support quarterly budget planning, creator management SOP defining, and KPI decomposition.
* Deliver periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) including growth diagnostics for overall TikTok Shop creator.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in creator growth / affiliate marketing strategy area.
* E-commerce platform operation background and familiar with product and creators matchmaking.
* Strong strategy planning and data analysis ability is required.
* Good knowledge of affiliate marketing products and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate tools is a strong plus.
* Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
