IT Asset Management Specialist, Law Firm, Manchester We are seeking an organised, proactive and tech-savvy IT Asset Management Specialist to join a small team managing this 3,000-user law firm's global IT estate. The Role Own the onboarding and offboarding process for IT equipment. Maximise our software investment by tracking usage, removing unused licences, and ensuring compliance. Run the Asset Control mailbox and Service Desk queue, ensuring requests are handled quickly and professionally. Keep the asset database accurate with regular audits and clear reporting. Manage global IT stock-ensuring the right kit is in the right place at the right time. Support device refresh cycles, ergonomic equipment requests, and loan equipment management. Produce device security reports and follow up on any non-compliance. Coordinate with third-party suppliers when assets need collecting, replacing or repairing. Analyse asset faults and spot trends to improve reliability and future planning. What You Bring Great organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Confident communication and stakeholder management. Experience in IT asset management or a similar role. Experience in a global business. A proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
