Are you a talented and motivated chef with a passion for food and a background in Business & Industry (B&I) catering? We're looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team in Bracknell.

What We're Looking For:
* A passionate Sous Chef with experience in B&I catering
* A natural leader who always leads by example
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine love for creating high-quality, delicious food
Qualifications & Experience:
* Level 2 or Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
* NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar role within a B&I setting is highly desirable
Your Role:
* Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Mentor and support junior kitchen staff
* Contribute to menu planning and innovation using fresh, seasonal ingredients
