Our Trust values
Our Trust values define who we are as an organisation and help shape our culture. They guide our behaviours, actions and interactions, underpinning how we work every day.
Shaped by the input of almost 1,800 colleagues from a wide range of roles and services, these values reflect both our organisation and the world we work in. They express who we are and what we strive to be, now and in the future.
Whether you work at Guy's Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital, Evelina London Children's Hospital, Royal Brompton Hospital, Harefield Hospital, in our off-site offices, or in our community services in Lambeth or Southwark, these values are for all of us.
The values were launched in 2024, alongside our Trust strategy. The strategy sets out what we will do, the values are the how we will do it.
