Overview Jayde Spa are seeking a passionate and professional reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team where we can offer an initial 3-4 classes per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching reformer Pilates. The classes run on set days and times which can be viewed on the Jayde Spa app timetable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help clients improve their flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing through specialised Pilates programmes. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and effective reformer Pilates classes tailored to diverse fitness levels. Duties * Lead group and individual Pilates sessions in accordance with recognised techniques and safety standards * 3-4 classes per week which will increase * Develop customised workout plans to meet the individual needs of clients * Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form during sessions * Monitor clients’ progress and provide constructive feedback to motivate improvement * Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and well-maintained * Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote ongoing participation in classes * Keep accurate records of client attendance and progress * Stay updated with the latest developments in Pilates training and anatomy knowledge to enhance teaching quality Requirements * Proven experience in reformer Pilates. * Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all levels * Sound knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention strategies * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Organised with the ability to plan effective sessions tailored to individual needs * Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant professional bodies is highly desirable * A positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a genuine passion for health and fitness This role provides an excellent platform for individuals committed to promoting health through specialised exercise programmes.
