Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across your subject(s) and year groups
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons effectively to meet the needs of all learners
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to enhance student progress
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and initiatives
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil behaviour

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
* Experience teaching in primary or secondary education (dependent on role)
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to student achievement and well-being
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
* Enthusiasm for contributing to school life beyond the classroom
