The Role
- Handle a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold/freehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
- Join an established, close-knit team of conveyancers and support staff.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering clear, practical advice and an excellent service.
About You
- Qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) with 3+ years' PQE.
- Confident managing your own caseload, including more complex transactions.
- Strong communicator with excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated and professional, with a proactive approach to delivering results.
