About Order+Chaos

Order+Chaos is a creative agency working across culture, communications and experiences. We use Order+Chaos thinking to push brands into making work that feels creatively original, from large-scale brand activations and live experiences to immersive events and launches.

We believe the best work lives at the edge of structure and spontaneity. That the magic of an event doesn’t come from process alone, but from the people, energy and possibility in the room. In our first year, we've worked with TikTok, Barry's, BBC, Uber and GAY TIMES, as well as producing events for Jade Thirlwall, AJ Odudu and Confidence Man, with more with exciting projects in the pipeline for 2026.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer with experience delivering large-scale, culture-focussed events for global brands to join us full-time, and help build the engine behind our next chapter. This role is central to how we show up — keeping us organised, efficient and creatively excellent as we deliver bigger, braver experiences and grow the team.

This isn’t just a logistics role. It’s about how the work gets made, how teams feel on-site, how clients experience the process from first call to debrief, and how we show up for each other under pressure. We care as much about the journey as we do about the final moment and we’re looking for someone who does too.

Please note: We’re focused on finding the right person rather than a rigid profile. The scope, title and package for this role can flex depending on experience, seniority and the shape you bring to it. If this sounds like you, apply and we can discuss expectations together.

Your responsibilities will include:

Event & Project Delivery

* Being ultimately responsible for making it happen, on time, on budget and to the highest standard
* Leading end-to-end production of live events, brand activations, pop-ups and experiential campaigns
* Managing timelines, budgets, reconciliations and risk assessments across multiple projects
* Creating and maintaining core production documents (call sheets, site plans, running orders, schedules, production bibles)
* Leading day-to-day project comms with clients, venues and collaborators
* Holding the creative vision through delivery – protecting what matters, flexing what doesn’t

Process & Operations

* Setting up Drive folders, trackers and internal systems that keep us organised and scalable
* Supporting onboarding for new clients, collaborators and freelance teams
* Building and refining our internal tools, workflows and templates across event production
* Suggesting ways to improve how we brief, scope, budget, recce, and wrap projects

Production & Budgeting

* Owning production planning for events, experiential builds, shoots and branded activations
* Managing quotes, POs, reconciliations and invoice tracking
* Negotiating with venues, suppliers and freelancers while protecting creative quality
* Managing H&S requirements, technical specs and permissions in partnership with suppliers and venues
* Keeping a close eye on scope creep, flagging risks early and protecting margins

Pitch & Proposal Support

* Working with the founder on proposals, RFP responses and creds
* Building out production approaches, timelines, staffing plans and ballpark budgets for pitch decks
* Advising on feasibility and smart ways to bring ideas to life within time and budget
* Helping shape case studies and wrap reports post-project

Culture & Craft

* Staying culturally attuned – understanding the context our experiences sit within
* Making sure our work is inclusive, thoughtful and culturally relevant
* Attending creative development sessions to bridge idea and execution, and championing “how it will feel on the day”
* Championing attention to detail, operational care and a ‘nothing’s too small’ mindset
* Bringing positive energy onsite – leading teams with calm, clarity and kindness

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

* Have 5–7+ years’ experience in event / experiential or integrated production with a strong live focus, with senior-level responsibility on projects of scale
* Have been trusted as the most senior production lead on complex projects, making final calls on budgets, suppliers, risk and delivery
* Are ruthlessly organised, calm under pressure, and able to steady teams and protect the work when things don’t go to plan
* Understand how to make the work better without draining the energy or momentum from it
* Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, while knowing when to pull others in and ask for support
* Understand how production decisions impact commercial outcomes and margins, and actively protect them while delivering creatively ambitious work
* Are comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment without layers of hierarchy, and enjoy helping shape how things are done
* Have a strong network of trusted freelancers, venues and suppliers, and know who to call to make things happen
* Want to help build something, not just plug into an existing machine, and care deeply about how the work is made as well as how it lands

A few things to know

* We’re still growing – fast. There’s no big machine here yet, and you’ll help shape how we work, supported by a growing team structure.
* Autonomy is a given, but never in isolation. We trust people to take ownership, and know when to delegate, seek support, or bring in coordinators and junior team members as projects scale.
* We’re building a core team who care about the work, each other, and the world around us. Accessibility and inclusivity matter to us, both in how we build events and how we build our team.
* We’re building a future-focused agency and welcome hybrid working, while valuing time together in London, usually 1–2 days per week. As an events-led role, most projects are London-based and will require onsite presence and some evening work.

Chaos to Kindness

We believe in the power of creativity and experiences to shift culture, and in using that power to open doors. Through our Chaos to Kindness initiative, we support underrepresented creatives, platform emerging talent and create space for stories that rarely get told. You’ll be part of a team that helps change who gets to make it – and who gets to be in the room.

How to apply

Send a short note about who you are, what events you’ve made happen and what you’d bring to the team, along with a CV or creds, to hello@orderandchaos.co.uk.
