You will lead and develop our existing team of dedicated volunteers to maintain an inviting and immaculate visitor centre to achieve a truly fulfilling nature focused experience for all visitors. Working from Belfast Window on Wildlife, you will realise the vision as the site becomes a spotlight venue attracting many visitors to a peaceful and tranquil haven with extraordinary wildlife in the heart of Belfast Harbours commercial estate This role is ideal for someone whos confident and passionate about connecting with people and communities, ready to grow in their career, and eager to bring fresh, creative energy to a role that blends an entrepreneurial spirit with a love for nature. You'll work closely with the Site Manager, the Belfast Harbour Community Working Group, and our Communications Team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
