CALLING ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL HLTA'S!

We're looking for primary school Higher Level Teaching Assistant's to join our vibrant schools across Warwick, Warwickshire.

You will have many absorbing duties such as:
1. Supporting the Class Teacher
* Work alongside the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, often taking on small group or 1:1 support.
* Provide tailored support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum.
* Help prepare teaching resources and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of the students.
2. Behaviour Management and Support
* Support the class in maintaining good behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Implement strategies to support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties, helping them to stay engaged with their work.
3. Supporting SEN Students
* Provide more in-depth support for students with special educational needs, including adapting resources and assisting with personal care if needed.
* Collaborate with SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators) and teachers to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* HLTA qualification (essential).
* Strong behaviour management skills as well as SEN and EAL experience (essential).
* A minimum of 2 years' UK HLTA experience.
* Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (we can provide training).
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
* References covering the last two years of employment.
