3. Leading & Developing Teams - Managing and mentoring operational teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Process Improvement - Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive best practices.
5. Health & Safety Compliance - Ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Customer Focus - Working closely with clients to maintain service excellence and exceed expectations.
7. Financial & Budgetary Control - Managing costs and ensuring operational profitability.
8. Sustainability & Innovation - Driving initiatives to improve environmental impact and operational sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
9. Proven operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
10. Strong understanding of lean methodologies, process improvement, and cost control.
11. A hands-on management approach with the ability to drive engagement and performance.
12. Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry compliance.
13. Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
14. The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
