Textbook Teachers work with a variety of Primary schools across Market Deeping. With over 22 years of experience, we are the first choice for many. We are recruiting qualified teaching assistants to help with the rising demand for supply within schools. Supply work offers more flexibility and can result in more freedom outside of work. As a supply teaching assistant, you never bring work home with you, meaning you have the evenings and weekends to spend quality time with family and friends.
We offer flexible work to suit your needs whether you are looking for day-to-day or short/long term work, we have dedicated consultants who can easily find the right placement for you. Our excellent rates of pay ranging from a minimum of £85 a day (depending on the role, qualifications and travel) are something you do not want to miss.
What do I need for this role?
Experience in working with children and young people is essential to be considered for this role. We aim to supply high quality staff to our schools which is why for this particular role you will need a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Knowledge and experience working with SEN students would be desirable but not essential. You must be adaptable and able to move across any year group, providing excellent support where you go. Therefore it is vital to have a sound knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
