This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist, to join the NHS GGC Hospital at Home Service.
The post holder will be expected to work at a senior level, making high level clinical and operational decisions.
Although the post holder will work as part of Team they will be expected to manage their own workload and work autonomously to develop and implement strategy, policy and best practice

The post requires a pharmacist with strong interpersonal skills, clinical and organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with and influence others
