Town Planner : Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: GBP35,000 : GBP45,000 (DOE) + benefits
A leading UK property consultancy is seeking a Town Planner to join its growing Edinburgh team. This is a great opportunity to work within a respected, multidisciplinary environment that combines planning expertise with commercial property, valuation, and development consultancy services.

The Role
As a Town Planner, youll contribute to the delivery of planning advice and development strategies for a diverse client base. Youll work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high:profile projects and helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
* Providing planning policy and development advice to clients and colleagues
* Supporting site appraisals, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement
* Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and design teams
* Contributing to project management and client reporting
About You
* MRTPI qualified or working towards chartered status
* Around 2:5 years experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, commercially minded approach
* Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines
