Digital Business Analyst - Hybrid Working - Umbrella
Our client, a global Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Digital Business Analyst with Insurance experience to join the team on a hybrid working basis, with the client site based in London.
In this role you will be focusing on business analysis with hands-on product configuration responsibilities. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical system configurations within the clients integration framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders
2. Document functional specifications and user stories
3. Configure product parameters and settings to meet business needs
4. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration delivery
5. Test and validate configurations against business requirements
6. Support implementation and provide ongoing configuration maintenance
7. Create and maintain process documentation
Essential Skills:
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
9. Experience with system configuration (training provided on specific tools)
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
11. Proficiency in requirements documentation and process mapping
12. Understanding of integration concepts (desirable)
