At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Marketing Studio team. This role is your chance to be the bridge between our internal marketing clients and our creative team, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll act as the key contact for our internal marketing clients, ensuring their needs are met with creative solutions that align with their goals. You’ll take the lead on marketing requests, from multi-touch campaigns to large-scale events, managing every step of the process, from analysing creative briefs to ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered seamlessly. You’ll work closely with our Project Manager and Creative Resource Manager to balance client expectations with the capacity of our Marketing Studio team. By fostering open communication, you’ll ensure that feedback is captured and acted upon, creating a collaborative environment that drives success. Your ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities of each business unit will make you an invaluable advocate for both our clients and our creative team. About You A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in marketing or an agency environment, ideally within the insurance or professional services sector. A knack for building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels. The ability to explain complex ideas in simple, clear terms, whether in meetings or presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. A flexible approach to change and a constant drive for improvement. A talent for identifying challenges and finding effective solutions. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Right to work in the UK.
