Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about leveraging Dynamics Business Central to drive business growth and deliver exceptional solutions to clients? Or do you have experience in the SaaS selling field and keen to learn hands on about selling the best ERP system around? We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for a target driven Business Development Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all sales and pre-sales functions
* Target driven sales Business Development Manager ideally with an understanding of Dynamics NAV and Business Central, ERP systems in general, or SaaS sales experience.
* 360 sales position, including identifying new clients, delivering and converting outreach campaigns, cold calling, qualifying leads, setting up discovery calls and seeing the full sales lifecycle through.
* Drive sales efforts by identifying and engaging prospective clients interested in Dynamics Business Central solutions.
* Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the directors and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of Dynamics Business Central.
* Learn Dynamics Business Central functionalities and confidently talk about it's capabilities.
* Articulate the benefits and features of Dynamics Business Central - training provided if required.
* Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales activities, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
* Stay updated with industry trends and Dynamics Business Central enhancements to offer informed guidance to clients.
* Establish and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders in the industry, clients, and potential clients.
* Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms for potential customers.
* Account management for existing and new customers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and pre-sales roles within the Dynamics Business Central ecosystem or ERP/SaaS solutions.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics Business Central functionalities and its applications in diverse business environments, or the drive to learn quickly.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Skilled in client targeting, market research, and outbound engagement.
* Skilled in phone-based sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering value-driven conversations.
* Adept at creating impactful email campaigns that drive engagement and convert into quality meetings.
* Exceptional communicator with proven ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
* Genuine enthusiasm for the D365 Business Central ecosystem, with a drive to stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities.
* Must be based in the UK.
* Must have previous Dynamics Business Central/ERP/SaaS software sales experience.
* Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
* Ability to run the sales function and update directors on progress.
* Highly driven and able to work in an agile environment.
