A 16 bedroom Country Hotel in the heart of the Trossachs National Park, with a vibrant award winning restaurant offering contemporary, classic and indian inspired dishes.
Working with locally sourced ingredients to curate their dishes and as Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen brigade in the Head Chef's absence. You must have strong Sous Chef experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, and along with your proven track record, you must have the passion and desire to push yourself, and the team further.
