Responsibilities:


Customer-Centric Engagement

* Build trust and provide value early in the customer journey. Ensure that customer experience remains a priority throughout interactions, aligning with Boost.ai's focus on exceptional service.

Personalized Outreach & Account-Based Strategies

* Leverage buyer personas, account insights, and ABX principles to craft highly personalized outreach.
* Use strategic, value-driven messaging rather than high-volume cold outreach.
* Conduct research on target accounts and industries to support account-based personalization.
* Use insights to tailor engagement strategies for different personas and industries.

Inbound Lead Qualification & Nurturing

* Prioritize and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events.
* Ensure leads are sales-ready before passing them to AEs.
* Nurture leads that are not yet ready, maintaining engagement until they qualify.

Integration with Marketing & Feedback Loop

* Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
* Work within an ABX framework to refine marketing initiatives based on insights from lead interactions.

Technology & CRM Proficiency

* Utilize marketing and sales technologies like HubSpot and sales engagement tools to track, analyze, and optimize lead management.
* Ensure data accuracy and maintain a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.


Skills, qualifications and experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales development, ideally within the tech or SaaS industries.
* Strong understanding of ABX and account-based selling practices.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with senior-level decision-makers.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also showing initiative and independence.
* High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Experience in conversational AI or related technologies.
* Familiarity with Boost.ai solutions and the conversational AI market landscape.
