Are you an HR Advisor with experience working for a manufacturing or engineering company, looking for a role that offers variety, development, and exposure across two local sites?

Working across two sites, you will support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will play a key part in building a capable workforce and ensuring operational excellence, while collaborating with an international HR team.
This role suits a HR Advisor wanting to join a supportive, international environment, which will give you exposure to leadership as well as a variety of HR projects and career progression initiatives.
The Role
* Supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance

* Working with a global HR team, part time 20‑30 hours per (4 days), initially on a 2‑3 year fixed‑term contract basis
The Person
* HR experience, within manufacturing or engineering
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Strong communication, organisational, and collaborative skills
