Installation Coordinator - Wellingborough Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression are the market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, we design, install and maintain systems for customers across the UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and fast food outlets. We are currently looking to appoint a new Installation Coordinator which will be based at our Head Office in Wellingborough. Basic Salary – upto £26,000 per annum subject to experience Pension, Life Assurance & much more. – Please see our generous remuneration packages below Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression’s Installation Coordinator’s Our Installation Coordinators provide a first-class service to our customers. They will coordinate the execution of installation works for the Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems. Implement, plan and organizing installation jobs Liaising with clients and the admin team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met. Raising purchase orders Ensuring stock adjustments are completed Scheduling of Installation visits with sites in accordance with customer & site requirements. Creating documentation for clients and engineers for works completed Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, and customers to ensure all Installations are actioned and timescales are met. Data entry to our CRM system and customer portals Invoicing and general service administration duties. Holiday cover for Installation Coordinator. Requirements Who We’re Looking For As well as having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team… For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer: Strong character with determination and a drive to succeed. Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering a high level of service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident telephone manner. Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines. Strong planning and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to managing workload. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; confident in maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets. Accurate with good attention to detail, supported by strong literacy and numeracy skills. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Scheduling, Planning, or Coordinating role. Experience scheduling field-based teams (e.g. engineers) is highly desirable; however, candidates from similar coordination or administrative backgrounds will be considered. Calm and professional under pressure, with a positive and adaptable attitude. Dynamic, forward-thinking, and eager to learn; full training will be provided.
