Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team at Everlast, supporting the UK and US markets. You will execute and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC to drive growth and brand visibility. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage campaigns from strategy to analysis within the fitness and lifestyle sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliates: Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, develop relationships with key partners, monitor performance, and identify new opportunities.
* Paid Social: Develop and manage paid social strategies on Meta and TikTok, analyze performance, create engaging content, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
* PPC: Plan and optimize Google Ads and Bing campaigns, conduct keyword research, manage bids and budgets, and stay updated on industry trends.
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like GA4, Power BI, and others, to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in performance marketing, especially in Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate platforms.
* Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable results.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns proactively and detail-oriented.
* A passion for the fitness and lifestyle sector is a plus.
