We're seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting advanced process control systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations through expert-level DeltaV configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
🔧 What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems
* Proven track record in API or chemical plant operations, including batch and continuous processes
* Strong understanding of process instrumentation, control strategies, and safety systems
* Experience with GMP environments and regulatory compliance (FDA, MHRA, etc.) is a plus
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and quality teams
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* You will need to debug/modify and perform code changes
* Design, implement, and maintain DeltaV control strategies for new and existing equipment
* Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of automation systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime
* Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation upgrades
* Ensure documentation and change control compliance
