Key Details
We are recruiting part‑time and full‑time care assistants to support our clients at home throughout Peterhead, Longhaven, Rattray, Mintlaw, Clola, Fetterangus, Cruden Bay and surrounding areas. The position requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Work shifts are flexible – including mornings, afternoons, evenings and nights – with most applicants having every other weekend off for a healthy work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care such as continence support, washing and dressing; managing medications; cooking or preparing hot meals; and helping with domestic tasks. Your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

Qualifications
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights. • Right to work in the UK and must pass a PVG check. • In Scotland, all care staff must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and maintain annual renewal. • Candidates must work towards the SVQ2 qualification; Cera will fund this training but the registration fee will be payable by the employee.
