What youll be doing: Managing and processing customer orders with speed and accuracy Being the first point of contact for enquiries by phone and email Maintaining up-to-date client records and databases Coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless fulfilment Assisting with quotes, sales reports, and following up on leads Preparing and issuing order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes Monitoring stock levels to help meet customer demand Supporting sales campaigns, including mailouts and follow-up activity Handling customer concerns in a professional and proactive manner Producing reports on sales activity and customer service performance What were looking for: Experience in a sales support, customer service, or office-based role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar) is an advantage Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths are essential Further training or qualifications in administration, sales, or customer service would be beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive role, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
