We're now seeking an experienced
Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager
to play a pivotal role in strengthening our resilience and continuity strategies, ensuring compliance with
FCA and PRA regulations
and embedding a resilience-first culture across the business.
The Role
In this role, you'll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of our
Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience
framework. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you'll design, test, and enhance strategies that ensure we can continue to deliver critical services under any circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance
policies, procedures, and strategies
to strengthen resilience and continuity capabilities.
Act as a
subject matter expert, supporting the business with Business Impact Analysis and continuity planning.
Design and deliver
training, testing, and exercising programmes
to validate recovery strategies and scenario planning.
Lead on
incident management and crisis communications, ensuring effective escalation and coordination during disruptions.
Monitor
regulatory developments and industry trends
to keep strategies aligned and forward-looking (FCA/PRA, ISO22301).
Produce regular reports and dashboards for senior management and board-level self-assessments.
Build strong
stakeholder relationships, promoting collaboration and embedding resilience awareness across the organisation.
Drive
continuous improvement, incorporating lessons learned from incidents and validation activities.
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of
Operational Resilience and Business Continuity methodologies, best practice, and FCA/PRA requirements.
Strategic problem-solver with the ability to analyse complex scenarios and craft practical solutions.
Excellent communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled at analysing data and translating findings into actionable insights.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in working autonomously, while also fostering collaboration and shared goals across teams.
