Team Leadership and Management
* Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of skilled technicians, supervisors, and project managers.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, ensuring staff adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
Project Oversight
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure smooth operations.
Safety and Compliance
* Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Implement and maintain a robust safety management system, conducting regular safety audits and corrective actions when needed.
Client Relations
* Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Operational Excellence

Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 7 years in the energy services industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
* Deep understanding of lifting operations, equipment inspections, rope access, and ATV services.
* Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including LOLER, PUWER, and IRATA.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work in diverse environments, including offshore platforms, wind farms, and industrial sites.
* Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
