Your Responsibilities
As a Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in:
* Managing prescribing and wellbeing clinics
* Conducting audits and ensuring safeguarding
* Leading clinical governance and key performance indicators
* Providing clinical supervision and training to your team
* Shaping service delivery to ensure clinically excellent services
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We are looking for an inspiring role model who is:
* A senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting
* Skilled in building relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and service users
* Confident in engaging and influencing others
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding, substance use issues, and relevant legislation
* NMC registered with an active PIN
