Role Description:
We are seeking an excellent and outgoing team member for our Concierge / Venue Services / Guest Services
The role will involve ensuring our guests receive the best possible experience from the moment they arrive on site. The sits within the hotel side of the business but is the key link between our hotel guests and the restaurant.
You'll love the direct contact with people and possess an excellent host talent. We are also looking for someone who is flexible, communicative and a good team player, not afraid to get stuck in and get their hands dirty!
On site we have 10 rooms and we tailor for a wide range of our guests needs from dropping guests to our farm, escorting and organising days away and preparing a walks/picnic baskets. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure they have a great experience during their journey/stay with us.
Full driving licence is preferable for the role. The role also requires a small amount of manual labour with preparation of the outside spaces of the venue in the mornings.
