Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: To thrive in the role of SAP Utilities Functional Consultant, you will need the following essential criteria: Understanding of business requirements, with the ability to provide solutions, functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly. Capability to create delivery artefacts, including process and design documentation. Expertise in Billing, specifically Master Data, Rate Structures, Budget Billing, Payment & Instalment Plans, Exception Management, and Invoice Management. Knowledge of the integration of Customer services with a CRM platform. Understanding of Finance Contract Accounting (FI-CA). Experience in Configuration & Setup of Business & Technical Master Data. Knowledge of IDE and market flows with MOSL. Extra qualities that would be a great fit for our team include: Experience in agile delivery. Familiarity with S/4Hana upgrade processes. Knowledge of ABAP. Experience in Systems Integration. Insight into Utilities implementation in the UK water industry. Responsibilities: As an SAP Utilities Functional Consultant, you will: Coordinate with Product Owners and Business Process Owners to ensure alignment between processes and design. Work closely with Business Process Owners to promote continuous process improvement and provide training and upskilling. Engage in hands-on configuration and testing. Provide specialist assistance during production incidents and triage issues. Create and manage delivery artefacts.
