Housing Assistant
EVH Grade 6 (PA17-PA20)
£34,745 per annum, 35 hours per week
You will be a valuable member of staff who will assist in the effective operation of Housing Management functions within the Housing Services Department.Responsibilities include assisting the Housing Officer with allocations, estate management, neighbour disputes, rent collection and arrears control.
Applicants must have relevant experience, excellent administrative, communication and computer skills.A relevant qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
