Due to growth within the company, they are looking to strengthen their Power Electronics offering and have multiple roles open between Senior and Principal Level.

Skills you'll need
Experience in SMPS design from clean sheet to production.
Experience with the main topologies Buck, Boost, Flyback, Half bridge, Full bridge et
Understanding of resonant supplies such as LLC, PSFB et
Understanding of PFC at kW power
Understanding of Digital SMPS Control
Strong Experience design documentation, Design Reports, WCCA, FMEA, De-Rating Analysis, Test Specifications/plan's etc
Understanding of at high frequencies in the MHz
Ideally experience with Altium schematic capture and Layout.Personality
Must be able to take instruction and know when to work a problem and when to ask for help
Good self awareness, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, without being arrogant.
Strong team working skills
Strong time managementThere is a competitive salary on offer, aswell as a perfomrance related bonus scheme.
The role is fully remote, with one visit to the site epr fortnight required.
