Sales Negotiator – Full‑time, permanent, Location: Greater Manchester, OTE: £25,000.
What the Role Involves
* Registering buyers and applicants in our electronic database.
* Scheduling and accompanying viewings, engaging with clients.
* Handling inbound leads from property portals.
* Providing constructive, informative feedback to vendors.
* Generating and negotiating offers to reach sales and lettings agreements.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous sales experience.
* Natural selling ability.
* Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
* Strong negotiation and articulate communication.
* Experience in estate agency is beneficial.
