What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and Social Communication Interaction Difficulties.
* Working 1:1, in small groups, and within the wider classroom setting.
* Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment tailored to individual needs.
* Managing challenging behaviour with care, consistency, and skill.
* Assisting with personal care where required.
About You
* Ability to perform the duties as described.
* Confident supporting children with ASC and SCID in both group and 1:1 settings.
* Able to manage complex behaviour with calmness and compassion.
* Open to providing personal care as part of daily duties.
* Flexible, imaginative, and nurturing approach.
